RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS will only be given if your order has not been started, otherwise IF a refund is deemed appropriate there will be a restocking fee applied before refunding.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all cancelled orders.

ANY complaints or issues with your order MUST BE brought to our attention via email (kjkrazykreations@gmail.com) within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of your order being delivered. The prints MUST BE returned (customer pays shipping) and then a refund will be processed OR replacements sent depending on the situation.
